We are currently having some issues with the ordering system. Payments are taken but the orders are not getting processed.
We are working to see why this is happening and an update will be posted as soon as this is fixed.
UPDATE: This should be fixed now. If you have ordered anything in the last 2 days and it is still not work, please submit a ticket.

Due to an issue on the Spam Firewall, emails have not been getting through. This has now been rectified and emails should start coming in very shortly. Please accept our apologies for the disruption caused by this.
Dublin email problems

The problem was caused by a filesystem crash on Dublin yesterday and the partition containing emails was not loaded properly.
This has resulted in mailboxes appearing empty and new emails not being written on the hard drives and being bounced back to senders.
We have fixed the issue and everything should be back to normal now.
Please accept our apologies for the service outage.
This problem is unrelated to the issues we have been having with our storage network which will hopefully be resolved by the end of the week.
If you are still having problems or other queries, please submit a separate support ticket.
Spam firewall crash

The SPAM firewall has crashed and has not rebooted automatically. This has been done manually and everything should be back to normal.
We are still having some issues with our network storage and the hard drives on order have been delayed. They should be arriving at the end of next week.
Continuing email problems

After further investigation, we have discovered a problem with the network storage for our servers. The hardware and software running it has been crashing thus causing problems for the platforms relying on it as well.
The lack of email has been caused by the SPAM firewall crashing and not restarting properly. This has caused emails to bounce back to the sender. This means that our servers have rejected the email and sent a notification to the sender. Unfortunately the current status page does not reflect the SPAM firewall status as it has only been set up recently. We are working on getting it added.
We have already ordered parts for replacement on the faulty storage platform. They should be arriving early next week. The replacement and migration will hopefully be done by the end of next week.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for this disruption in the service and the late annoucement. If you have any further queries, please submit a new ticket.
