Delays to Email Delivery on Dublin

Due to SPAM, email is delayed on Dublin. We are doing all we can to fix this and will report back soon.
SPAM Overload on Homer Server

An enormous volume of email SPAM has arrived on the Homer server, and is severely delaying email delivery.
We are aware of the problem and looking into it currently.

Dear Clients,
The email queue on Homer is significantly delayed due to unprecedented levels of SPAM which were delivered to the server overnight.
The queue is being handled as quickly as the server can possibly manage, unfortunstely there is very little we can do to speed this process up. We estimate that it will take until the end of the day to clear this backlog.

The email queue has now recovered, and we have re-enabled inbound email delivery.
Please accept our apologies concerning this. We will be evaluating methods of preventing this happening in future, such as utilising an external spam filtering service which can alleviate such extreme mail volumes on our servers.
Email Delays on Auckland

Reboot of Homer Server

Homer has been rebooted due to a system problem. It should be back within the next 5-10 minutes. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Support Backlog

Due to an overwhelming number of support requests over the past few weeks, we are currently suffering a back log of support requests.
If your support request is urgent, please raise a support ticket on our system and place a subject of "URGENT:" at the beginning of it.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
A main outstanding issue involves email delivery issues on the Dublin server. It is our intention to bring online new Plesk servers over the coming weeks and migrate customers from Dublin to these new Plesk servers.
SSL Certificate Expiry

Our Wildcard SSL Certificate for *.purplecloud.com has expired. We have ordered a new one and will install it when it arrives.
The warning is safe to ignore, your data is still encrypted.
